My husband and I discovered Salar Smoked Salmon on our first visit to the Hebrides this year while on holiday in Harris. What a superior product - even better than our own Alaskan Smoked Salmon! I love the delicious flavour of your wonderful smoked salmon. I bought some as a treat from the Delicatessen Counter at Howells Department Store in Cardiff and I used it that first time as a starter on its own with a little green salad, a slice of lemon and a dollop of Dijonnaise. It was fabulous!
Subsequently I have used it to make some risotto cakes and I enclose my own recipe in case you wish to incldue it on your web site for others to enjoy.
