The Manchester Beth Din which is the Jewish Ecclesiastical Court for Greater Manchester has certifed that they have visited our Smokehouse at Lochcarnan, Isle of South Uist and have investigated all ingredient and manufacturing procedures, and can certify that Flaky Smoked Salmon is Kosher and Parev.
