Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon Pasta for 2 Busy People

Ingredients:
240g Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon broken into flakes
200g your favourite pasta
3 large cloves garlic, chopped
8 cherry tomatoes / 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
oregano
celery salt
cayenne pepper
ground ginger
green pesto sauce
virgin olive oil
lots chopped parsley
black pepper
Method:
Wrap the Flaky Smoked Salmon in lightly oiled aluminium foil and place in a warm oven.
Whilst the pasta is cooking, fry the garlic until golden, add the tomatoes, a dash of oregano and celery salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper and ground ginger. Stir in 3 teaspoons of pesto sauce and finally a good slug of virgin olive oil.
Pile the pasta (tossed in virgin olive oil) onto hot plates, spoon over the sauce and sprinkle flakes of the warm Flaky Smoked Salmon over the top. Scatter with chopped parsley and black pepper - a taste of heaven!
