Split the baguette lengthways, taking care not to cut it entirely into 2. Hinge the top back and construct the filling as follows :
bottom layer: caramelised red peppers
one layer up: Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon
next layer up: sliced brie cheese
next layer up: sliced avocado
next layer up: rocket leaves or shredded lettuce
finished off with a drizzle of salad dressing
It's delicious and satisfyingly filling.
