1 thick slice of fresh, home-made wholemeal bread
butter
Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon
freshly squeezed lemon juice
Butter the slice of bread, spread thickly with slightly mashed Flaky Smoked Salmon and sprinkle with fresh lemon juice.
