Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon with Topping and Salad

Ingredients:
200g Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon
100 g Benecol cheese spread
50 g uncooked unsalted cashew nuts
8 black olives
Iceberg lettuce or buttered asparagus
Method:
Slice the olives, break up the cashew nuts and mix them into the Benecol cheese. Cut the Flaky Smoked Salmon into 2, put onto serving plates and put the mixture on top.
Serve with iceberg lettuce or buttered asparagus, a slice of rustic wholemeal bread and a glass of red wine. Delicious and very healthy!
Tip for cat lovers:
If you have a cat, make sure it is out of the way when the packet of Flaky Smoked Salmon is opened, there is something in Flaky Smoked Salmon that makes cats uncontrollable!
