10 Minute Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon Pasta
recipe from Real Meals, Saltburn By The Sea, serves 4 as a main course
Ingredients:
200-250g Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon broken into flakes
100g Pancetta or good quality oak smoked bacon (thinly sliced)
3 shallots
250ml double cream
20ml good olive oil
50g Parmesan Reggiano
500g good quality pasta (Penne or Farfalle)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
a little extra parmesan to serve.
Method:
Put the pasta to cook in plenty of salted boiling water. Slice the shallots and dice the Pancetta. Fry both gently for 5 minutes in the olive oil. Add the cream and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the Flaky Smoked Salmon. Drain the pasta and mix well with the sauce. Add the parmesan cheese and the parsley. Serve immediately, sprinkle with extra parmesan. Serve with crusty bread and crisp green salad. Enjoy!
