Herb Crusted Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon Bake
recipe by Elizabeth Poole, Hitchin, serves 4
Ingredients:
300g farfalle pasta (or any other shape!)
500g Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon
small tub of creme fraiche
2 teaspoons horseradish sauce
grated zest of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
20g flat leaf parsley (chopped)
25g breadcrumbs
seasoning
Method:
Cook the pasta.
Heat the creme fraiche and add the horseradish sauce, Flaky smoked Salmon and black pepper.
Drain the pasta and add to the sauce, mix and add to a shallow heatproof dish.
Mix together the garlic, lemon zest and parsley and add breadcrumbs. Scatter over pasta bake and grill for 2-3 minutes until the breadcrumbs start to colour.
Serve with watercress and enjoy!
