Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon Pasta Salad with Broad Beans

Prep time 10 minutes
Cooking Time 10 minutes
Ingredients:
250g fusilli pasta
200g frozen broad beans cooked
150g Salar Flakey Smoked Salmon
2 tbsps creme fraiche
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 lime, juiced
fresh basil or dill
freshly ground black pepper
Cook the pasta in lightly salted boiling water for 8 - 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold running water.
Place the pasta in a bowl with the broad beans. Flake the salmon and stir in to the pasta and beans with the creme fraiche, mayonnaise, lime juice, herbs and season to taste.
Serve straight away with some crusty granary bread and lime wedges.
(I like to assemble this recipe while the pasta and broad beans are still warm and then serve warm straight away)
