Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon and Potato Pie

Ingredients:
Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon
Selection of vegetables (parboiled), eg sliced leeks / brocolli, etc
Mashed potatoes
Cheese (grated)
Method:
Break the Flaky Smoked Salmon into pieces and put them into a greased oven proof dish.
Layer the parboiled vegetables on top (eg sliced leeks or brocolli or your favourite).
Cover the whole mixture with creamy mashed potatoes and sprinkle a good layer of grated cheese on top.
Cook at 200c for 30 to 35 minutes.
