Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon and Cheese Fluff
recipe by Pam Richardson, Barnsley, serves 4
Ingredients:
4 baked jacket potatoes, already cooked
200g Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon, broken into pieces
100g grated cheese
Method:
Scoop the cooked potato out of the jackets and mix it with the Flaky Smoked Salmon and the grated cheese. Put the mixture back into the jackets and place under a hot grill for 5 minutes.
Serve with salad.
