Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon With Pasta in a Pesto Sauce

Ingredients:
50 g fresh basil leaves (no stalks)
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsps pine nuts
150 ml good olive oil
50g freshly grated parmesan cheese
Method:
Cook the pasta of your choice (the best possible - spinach, tomato or plain). Combine all the ingredients in the list except the parmesan cheese together in a food processor until creamy. Transfer to a bowl and add the 50g freshly grated parmesan cheese then season to taste. Combine the pasta, pesto sauce and warm flakes of Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon. Top with some Parmesan cheese and serve with salad and crusty bread. Excellent!
