Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon with Pasta & Dill Sauce

Ingredients:
Pasta, as per your requirements
1 courgette
1 onion
button mushrooms
1 tub creme fraiche
1 glass white wine
dill
Flaky Smoked Salmon broken into pieces
butter
olive oil
salt and pepper

Method:
Put the pasta on to cook.

In a large frying pan melt the butter and olive oil. Gently fry the onions for a few minutes then add the sliced courgettes and cook until soft. Add the mushrooms and continue to cook for a few seconds. Add in the white wine and reduce by half. Add in the creme fraiche and continue to simmer, then add in the cooked pasta, Flaky Smoked Salmon and dill.

Serve piping hot with green salad and fresh wholemeal bread.
