BBQ'd Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon Portions
Recipe by Andy Guest, Cannock. Serves 4.
You will need:
4 squares of aluminium foil, 12" x 12"
1 pack of Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon
4 teaspoons butter
Method:
Open the pack of Flaky Smoked Salmon and tip out the oil.
Carefully cut the salmon into 4 equal portions.
Place a salmon portion onto each square of foil.
On top of each piece of Flaky Smoked Salmon put a teaspoon or knob of butter.
Fold the foil into a parcel, big enough so that it is airy inside but all the edges are sealed.
Place on BBQ for 5-10 minutes - the Flaky Smoked Salmon only needs heating up and the butter melting.
Enjoy with jacket potatoes, salad and white wine.
The salmon tastes very strong and smoky - delicious!!
