Sizzling Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon and Horseradish Quesadilla

Ingredients
4 flour tortillas
100g cream cheese
50g horseradish cream sauce
300g Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon, in four portions

Method
Mix together the horseradish sauce and cream cheese (you can adjust the amount of horseradish to cream cheese to suit your taste) and spread the mixture over half of each tortilla. Place the Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon on top, fold in half and cook on both sides in a medium / hot dry pan until golden brown. Serve immediately with side dishes of sour cream and salsa.
