Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon Melt

Ingredients:
Flaky Smoked Salmon
double cream
mild cheddar
Method:
Break up the Flaky Smoked Salmon and spread over the base of a shallow ovenproof dish (buttered).
Cover the Flaky Smoked Salmon with cream, grate the cheese and spread over the top.
Place under a hot grill and cook until the cheese has melted and slightly browned.
Serve with toast or crusty bread and wedges of lemon. Really good!
Vary the quantities to suit the number being served. Can be served as a starter or as a main course.
