Hot, Creamy Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon Rolls

Ingredients:
10 ready-to-bake rolls
50g softened butter
grated rind of 1 lime or lemon
175g soft cheese
30 ml soured cream
175g Flaky Smoked Salmon broken into flakes
black pepper
Method:
Mix together the butter and rind.
Cut the rolls in half and spread the butter mixture over one half.
Blend together the cheese and soured cream and season with coarsely milled black pepper, spread this over the butter mixture then sprinkle the Flaky Smoked Salmon on top.
Sandwich the roll halves together and put onto a baking sheet. Bake at 220oC for 7-8 minutes.
Serve with a crisp green salad and a glass of cold white wine.
