Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Topping

Ingredients:
1 pack GRUTH DHU (hand rolled medium fat soft cheese rolled in pinhead oatmeal and crushed black peppercorns)
1 pack Philadelphia (full fat soft cheese)
juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime
handful of fresh chopped dill
Method:
Roughly cream together the ingredients, then flake in Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon and gently fold through.
Serve on oatcakes or brown melba toast and butter - absolutely splendid!
