Satisfying Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon Sandwich

You will need :
Salar Flaky Smoked Salmon
Hellmann's mayonnaise
Freshly squeezed lime juice
Black pepper
Thick slices of granary bread
Iceberg lettuce (shredded)
Method:
Mix together Flaky Smoked Salmon, Hellmann's mayonnaise, lime juice and black pepper.
Spread Hellmann's mayonnaise on the slices of granary bread instead of butter or spread.
Heap a thick layer of the Flaky Smoked Salmon mixture onto the bread and top with a generous helping of shredded lettuce.
Sandwich everything together with a second slice of bread - and head out for the hills or the beach!
